We start preparing your order as soon as it is received (e.g., personalization, stock ordered if required, etc.), therefore refund is strictly not available on the basis of change of mind or cancellation. 

• Changes are strictly not permitted within 24 hours of delivery - this includes address, colours, text, delivery time.
• Delivery date changes are subject to availability however you must give us previous notice of at least 12 hours.
• We are happy to refund you in store credit (valid up to 6 months) if you cancel within 7 days of delivery date.

My foil/bubble balloon becomes deflated

• There are only 2 things that can cause early deflation on foil or bubble balloons: faulty seam or accidental puncture.
• From our experience, a faulty balloon will show signs of deflation straight away on preparation. If you have any issue with the balloons let us know as soon as this happens, and refund will be evaluated if complaint placed in a time frame of 1 hour after delivery. Refund/replacement claim lodged outside of this time frame or the following day will not be accepted.
• If your balloon becomes deflated outside of this time frame, we are 100% certain that accidental puncture would have been the cause (and this is not our liability). If you would like to dispute, you're welcome to send the balloon back to us for inspection. Refund will only be given if no visible nick/scratch/cut/hole was found on the balloon, meaning the seam was faulty and caused leakage.

Helium balloon care

• Helium gas expands on a hot day and contracts on a cold day or overnight. This is the reason not to leave your balloons inside your car or near the heater as they may pop.
• Be careful of unassuming sharp object inside the house that will potentially pop your balloon, such as chipped paint, cracks on the wall, ceiling fan or objects outside the house such as tree branches, hot metal objects, rough pavement or brick wall, etc.
• Always carry balloons inside a bag on a windy day, otherwise the wind may pull the balloon away causing the latex to tear resulting in balloon popping.
• Text on personalised balloons may develop wrinkle the next day and this is due to balloon shrinking in volume slightly the next day. Even with our long lasting product, this is unavoidable and is not a fault.
